Philip Friedman is a founding shareholder of the firm. He received management and hospitality management degrees from Appalachian State University before obtaining his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Tulane University. Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough, West Pasco and St. Petersburg Bar Associations.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Friedman was a general manager for well-known national restaurant chains. At Tulane University, Mr. Friedman served as the Executive Director of the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program (a legal outreach program), as well as President and Treasurer of the Business Law Society. He is currently the Treasurer of the Interbay Neighborhood Association.

Mr. Friedman focuses his practice in the areas of automobile, truck, and motorcycle accident claims (regardless of fault) and other negligent injury and wrongful death claims, the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law (Personal Injury Protection or  PIP insurance), administrative law (including occupational and professional licensing), and general civil litigation.  Mr. Friedman also spends his time researching policy and procedure and is invested in obtaining appellate decisions for litigants before the Circuit Courts sitting in their Appellate capacity, District Courts of Appeals, and the Florida Supreme Court. Throughout his practice, Mr. Friedman has participated in jury and bench trials and has advocated clients’ rights before state and federal tribunals, state agencies, and appellate courts. He has represented the interests of commercial, institutional and individual clients.
