Mr. Hraiche oversees the marketing department; he evaluates and develops the firm’s marketing plan and strategy. He is skilled in planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts from start to finish, identifying customers and their current and future needs, as well as communicating, implementing, and recommending options and courses of action to achieve the desired objectives.
Mr. Hraiche reaches financial objectives by preparing an annual marketing budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions. Furthermore, Mr. Hraiche is experienced in competitive analysis and brand awareness, positioning, and development. He conducts research in an effort to identify potential customers, and demand for our services, as well as develops and manages advertising campaigns to help generate new business.
Mr. Hraiche maintains relationships with customers through organizing company conferences, trade shows, seminars and major events, oversees social media marketing strategy and content marketing. In addition, he has developed an expertise in customer service and client relations through many years of business management in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Prior to embarking in a Marketing career, Mr. Hraiche owned a Mediterranean Restaurant in New York City which was featured in Zagat Survey, New York Times, NY Magazine, The Resident, Timeout, NY Restaurant Association, Daily News, and many other publications.
