A true native Floridian, Kaitlin was born and raised in Fort Meyers. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Criminology and Law before continuing on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Barry University of Law in 2015.
After her admission to the Florida Bar, Ms. Fox began her legal career in Tampa, advocating for victims and representing the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney.
For the last several years, she has engaged in complex litigation, prosecuting individuals for law violations ranging from Misdemeanors to First Degree Punishable by Life Felonies. During her tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, she tried an extensive amount of jury trials, conducted numerous non-jury trials and adjudicatory hearings and has argued countless substantive motions.
Kaitlin enjoys spending her free time with her dog, watching sports, and learning new languages; when she is not at home, she pursues one of her biggest passions: traveling to new destinations, such as Germany, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.
