Christina N. Rothstein, Esq.

Attorney At Law
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Christina attended Florida State University before transferring to the University of South Florida to help her family care for her mentally disabled sister. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Christina obtained her 6-20 Adjuster’s License and worked for two large auto carriers handling PIP and property claims. Growing restless as an adjuster, but wanting to expand on the knowledge and skills she learned, Christina went on to attend law school on scholarship at Western Michigan University Cooley Law. While there, Christina served on the board of the Student Bar Association, Mock Trial, and Law Journal. She also assisted in the start-up of a 501(c)(3) non-profit, received the book award for Negotiations and Confrontations, graduated cum laude, and received the Leadership Achievement Award for her consistent and effective leadership roles on campus.
After law school, Christina worked in insurance defense, both in-house and for private firms. For years, she defended PIP and pre-suit BI cases throughout Florida. She attended various hearings, global settlement conferences, EUOs, and depositions while obtaining favorable results for her clients. She’s handled suits involving material misrep, dec actions, fraud, insurance coverage disputes, and many more issues. Recently, after seeing her father, a chiropractor, struggle with obtaining adequate compensation for his own horrific auto crash, Christina decided that her time would be better spent fighting for just and fair compensation of injured parties and medical providers. She proudly joins FL Legal Group and will work hard to see that her clients are properly reimbursed for services and care they provide to those desperately seeking treatment and relief from motor vehicle crashes.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys making pottery, beekeeping, volunteering for the Florida English Bulldog Rescue, spending time with her two Frenchies, and traveling with her husband.
