Review and analysis of file documents, statutes, case law and rules of procedure. Assess files for litigation/representation. Initiate litigation; conduct discovery; prepare and respond to motions; attend hearings, depositions and mediations; prepare proposed orders. Engage in settlement negotiations. Trial preparation (e.g. prepare witness and exhibit lists, motions in limine, jury instructions, etc.). Conduct trials.Client Relations
