FL Legal Group is a personal injury law firm looking for a super talented, proven and highly experienced Social Media Specialist. The right person for this job knows how to attract an audience, and understands the in’s and out’s of Social Media Platforms such as Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and YouTube to name a few.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create, promote and edit forward-thinking content that can be used on social media platforms to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Help design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Drive increase in followers, engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay above the latest trends while keeping a close eye on what works and what doesn’t.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.


  • Professional social media experience required.
  • Understanding of the in’s and out’s of relevant social media platforms.
  • Video and graphic editing.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Practices superior time management.
