Megan E. Richards, Esq. is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of Community Association, Landlord-Tenant, and Collections Law. Ms. Richards graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia before attending Florida Coastal School of Law. At Florida Coastal, she was consistently on the Dean’s List and graduated cum laude in the top 3% of her class. She is licensed to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the United States Federal Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Ms. Richards started her career in insurance defense, personal injury, and personal injury protection before moving on to practice Community Association law. She is currently a member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is also a member of the Community Association Institute.
