Ford F-series pickups are the U.S.’s best selling vehicle and have been for many years.
As a result, it’s been the subject of many lawsuits over the years. Most recently, the diesel versions of the F-series, the F-250, and F-350, have been alleged according to a recent lawsuit to engage in diesel cheating, much like the Volkswagen diesel issues from recent history.
The class-action lawsuit filed in Michigan alleges that Ford and its product supplier Bosch conspired to make certain that the vehicle produced different amounts emissions depending on whether it’s in testing mode or not. Check it out here.
