This course provides directors and managers with an overview of the collections process in both homeowners and condominium associations.  It details the specific dos and don’ts of community association collections and emphasizes practical considerations for minimizing debts owed to the association.  The course also serves to inform attendees on lesser known avenues of relief potentially available to associations and how to effectively manage mortgage foreclosures.  Finally, the impact of the bankruptcy code on association collections is briefly addressed.
